As the Managing Partner of Sygnali, Todd Asher leads the company in its mission to help customers tackle complex business challenges and seize opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and consulting industries, Todd blends technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on practical knowledge to drive business innovation. Whether it is a large-scale enterprise project or a focused strategic engagement, Todd’s ability to balance complexities while remembering the endless details have contributed to his record of successful engagements.
Todd’s experience includes organizational leadership, product strategy, program management, project recovery, and numerous enterprise product launches involving customer experience programs, loyalty programs, CRM, real-time and predictive traffic, Internet of Things (IOT), financial compliance reporting, and more.
As the founder of Sygnali, Todd is very focused on hiring awesome people and creating a diverse work environment that advances team members’ careers. He’s always looking to meet bright, honest, hardworking, fun professionals that love helping clients.
Todd is a native of Indiana, and a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He holds a BA degree from the University of the State of New York.
Sarah Asher
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Sarah is committed to developing the employee programs and benefits that make Sygnali a great place to work. Sarah joined the team to establish internal operational practices, manage business operations data and documents and manage a variety of internal initiatives. Sarah continues to progress internal programs as Sygnali has grown, establishing employee recruitment and on-boarding processes, streamlining and formalizing financial practices, overseeing 401-K selection, roll-out and compliance, as well as numerous special projects.

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, working for larger companies such as Microsoft and Vulcan and numerous startups throughout the Seattle area. Sarah’s experience managing teams, leading projects, implementing process, and solving problems form the foundation for Sygnali’s operations and employee programs.
Sarah is a Seattle native, and graduated from The Evergreen State College. She also earned her Project Management certification from the University of Washington.
